Summary: In leaf queue page, list applications should only show
applications from that leaf queues

Steps to reproduce:
* Create a 2 queues
* Go to leaf queue page at http://<host>:<port>/#/yarn-queue-apps/<queueName>
url
* click on application list.
Here, it list down all the applications. Instead , It should list down only
applications from that particular leaf queue.
