In methods {{RMWebService#getAppPriority}} and
{{RMWebService#updateApplicationPriority}} uses wrong audit constants for
RMAuditLogger. It should be AuditConstants.UPDATE_APP_PRIORITY

} catch (NotFoundException e) {
RMAuditLogger.logFailure(userName, AuditConstants.KILL_APP_REQUEST,
