Resolution: Duplicate
This is definitely duplicate of YARN-7212! As we move on, there will be
multiple JIRAs will be created for HBase-2* compilation unknowingly. As this
was discussed in ATSv2 weekly call, we need to create a branch that compiles
under HBase-2*alpha/beta releases to help out folks.
