Summary: YARN Service CLI should use
hadoop.http.authentication.type to determine authentication method

YARN Service CLI uses REST API in resource manager to control YARN cluster.
The authentication type is currently determined by using isSecurityEnabled, but
the code should determine security type based on http authentication type.
