Summary: Update timeline collector to store and add domain info to
entities while writing

As part of YARN-3895 , the timeline collector will enable storing the domain
information in denormalized in the tables when security is enabled.
The collector would need to maintain a map in memory for app id to domain id &
info and append this to entities while writing.
In case the collector goes down, this map is to be repopulated which is part of
YARN-8089
