YARN-6366 adds taskType in DeletionServiceDeleteTaskProto to support multiple
types of deleteTask, but NMProtoUtils#convertProtoToDeletionTask does not
consider non-exist of taskType. This will lead to leak of DeleteTask before
YARN-6366.
