hold only ResponseID

ApplicationMasterService ApplicationResponseLock could occupy too much memory.
# 5K+ node
# AllocateResponse could contain 5K nodes NodeReport, Container Allocated data
too..
Only the responseId is used in ApplicationMaster Service.. No need to hold all
the data.
