The class {{UserGroupMappingPlacementRule}} and {{AppNameMappingPlacementRule}}
will disappear. In order to ensure backwards compatibility when the
configuration is defined in the legacy format,
{{TestAppNameMappingPlacementRule}} and {{TestUserGroupMappingPlacementRule}}
should be adapted to use the new evaluator logic.
