I noticed that there is a widespread incorrect usage of
{{System.currentTimeMillis()}} throughout the yarn code.
For example:
{code:java}
// Some comments here
long start = System.currentTimeMillis();
while (System.currentTimeMillis() - start < timeout) {
// Do something
}
{code}
Elapsed time should be measured using `monotonicNow()`.
