YARN-7300 introduces DiskValidator in LocalDirAllocator. YARN-11906 already
reports problem due to folder creation if ReadWriteDiskValidator is used, but
another problem is that ReadWriteDiskValidator writes metric per path and that
would lead to create new gauges for every new container, leading to memory
starvation on the nodemanager.
