Sure, we can fix the nits in follow up JIRAs. I am not very particular, but the 
following one comment would be nice to fix here (for fixed API), unless you 
think it is not a good idea.

- Following up on earlier discussions about this, passing {{int dominance}} 
instead of {{boolean dominant}} to {{#getResourceAsValue}} would address both 
performance and API concerns. For now, we can check for {{(dominance == 1)}}
