On a similar note, should we also be listing nodes that are explicitly included
via yarn.resourcemanager.nodes.include-path as dead/lost nodes until they
eventually register? Currently I believe nodes listed in the include file but
have yet to register with the RM are not tracked anywhere on the UI.
