In the newest patch, the most significant change is that I've removed the
server side refactoring, which will be solved in a separate Jira. Here, the
patch only focus on YarnClient.
In addition, I've address @Bikas's comments, including appending MS to config
names, removing throwing YarnRemoteException (Job.waitForCompletion doesn't
throw exception on interruption as well), simplifying the test, and the minor
log and comment issues.
