Append a "%" character to the progress printed via ApplicationCLI.java ?
I wish the web-UI also used ApplicationReport instead of digging into RMApp,
that way we'd sure that whatever gets exposed on web-ui is also available for
the cmd/RPC clients. Do you wish to investigate it here itself? Can push it out
if it turns out be a lot of effort - fine either ways.
