So in summary, we will need to version
- RM state store stuff
- Aggregated logs uploaded by NM
- NM directory structure: Either we can have
-- One version file all of the directory strucuture
-- multiple version files - one for dist-cache, one for others etc.
- Even ShuffleHandler needs to be versioned as it runs inside NM. Similarly,
the AuxServices data returned by StartContainer.
