Updated patch with following changes from previous patch
# Removed RMAppImpl state transition and made direct call to RMAppImpl.
# Made updateTimeout API as transactional.
# Fixed test cases failures.
# Fixed review comment i.e removed application attribute class and storing in
ApplicationStateData only.
Pending task
# UpdateResponse is empty in current patch. As we discussed we need to send
back response as updated timeout value. This I will add in next patches.
# Checkstyle issue will be handled.
