Hi [~Naganarasimha], [~templedf], I rebased and uploaded a patch based on
[~varun_saxena]'s patch (conflict was due to YARN-1942) and addressed the
comments, can you please take a look? Thanks!
Also it seems if this race condition is hit, the localization service on that
node will die which seems like a pretty serious issue? Let me know if I
understood correctly.
