Uploading a rebased patch for branch YARN-5355, given that YARN-5739 has been
committed to that branch. One thing that I noticed while working on YARN-5928
is that, after HBase-related code is moved into a separate module/jar, because
TimelineSchemaCreator transitively depends on
TimelineStorageUtil.isIntegralValue(), users will need to copy both
timelineservice and timelineservice-hbase jars into hbase/lib when they create
the table schemas. This is a slight inconvenience. [~sjlee0] Do you think we
should keep it this way? Or we could duplicate isIntegralValue() in
HBastTimelineStorageUtil to avoid copying another jar for TimelineSchemaCreator?
