Latest patch is fine for me.  Looking at it, though, it occurs to me that we 
should really be adding a test for the change in functionality.  Any chance you 
can add a test for {{writeLaunchEnv()}} to {{TestContainerExecutor}}?  We 
should also test the whole thing in MAPREDUCE-6704.
