Thanks for your comments, Sangjin. I took your suggestion to look at both
dependency:analyze result and actual compilation to figure out correct direct
dependency. Hopefully, there won't be many problems this time. To test the
patch, I have run all ats-related unit tests, deployed it in a
pseudo-distributed cluster, tested the REST API after running a few example
jobs. I will update the patch to add jsr311-api.
