Thanks for the input, [~kasha].
I still think we should remove it before 3.0 beta release since I didn't see
any benefit of FifoScheduler comparing to Capacity/FairScheduler, it's better
to get these production clusters move to more production-ready schedulers. How
about deprecate it in 2.8.0 and remove it from trunk?
