Regarding whether to use the entity id prefix in {{TimelineEntity.equals()}}, I
think the only implication is when we add parsed entities to a set. If we don't
include the entity id prefix in {{equals()}} and there were 2 entities with the
same id (but different id prefix somehow), whichever was returned later would
not be added to the set.
Since this is an uncommon case which we've been discussing in another context,
I'm +0 on not introducing the entity id prefix to {{TimelineEntity.equals()}}.
