Exactly!! These are 2 separate REST endpoints.
* Give an appId, return list of clusterId's.
* */clusterids* returns list of clusterIds. I was giving use case for the
necessity of new REST API */clusterids* that return list of clusterId's from
back-end. I will create new JIRA for this discussion.
May be REST API could be in */clusterids* and */clusterids/$appId* for both new
endpoints.
