Thanks for updating the patch [~haibochen]! I'm going to go through the patch 
in some detail.

One high level question regarding the coprocessor ({{FlowRunCoprocessor}}). 
Have you ensured that the new hadoop-yarn-timelineservice-hbase.jar file is a 
self-contained jar that can be installed as a coprocessor? Note that it is 
critical that we have a single self-contained jar for the coprocessor. A 
cursory glance at imported classes seems to indicate that is the case, but I 
wanted to check with you.
