The setRoleHistory method is used in
[TestRoleHistoryUpdateBlacklist.groovy|https://github.com/apache/incubator-slider/blob/develop/slider-core/src/test/groovy/org/apache/slider/server/appmaster/model/history/TestRoleHistoryUpdateBlacklist.groovy#L50].
We don't have an equivalent testing system in YARN native services yet, so I
figured there was no need to add that visible-for-testing method.
