Updated the patch as per Sangjin Lee comment and checkstyle and java doc
errors.
And do NOT get surprised looking at patch which has doubled in size!! It is
because of fixing checkstyle comments which
TestTimelineReaderWebServicesHBaseStorage has been modified.
