[~sunilg], seems like test failure is intermittent, from the logs i was able to
see that validation is fine and the initializing is happening for b2 and b3
after that it fails, so not able to analyze further where exactly it is
failing. So wondering could we commit this intermediate patch so that we get
better logs next time, any other better approach in handling this ?
