Description:
YARN-6376 fixes the race condition between putEntities() and periodical flush()
by WriterFlushThread in TimelineCollectorManager, or between putEntities() in
different threads.
However, BufferedMutator can have internal size-based flush as well. We need to
address the resulting race condition.
