Thank you the feedback. It helped a lot, not only to improve the documents but
get more detailed overview about the decommissioning.
I fixed all of the points and uploaded the improved patch.
In the mean time I noticed that it's a little bit hard to get the simple usage
pattern from the detailed section. So I also added a simple Quick start section
as well to make it easier to imagine how it works even without understanding
all of the details from the second part of the document. (and simplified some
section titles)
