Uploaded patch 001. Make {{RMCriticalThreadUncaughtExceptionHandler}} inherit
from {{YarnUncaughtExceptionHandler}}, so that {{AsyncDispatcher}} doesn't need
to deal with {{RMCriticalThreadUncaughtExceptionHandler}} directly.
