I added the support of the "Decommissioning" status (gracefull shutdown). The
only problem was that the Decommissioning word was longer and as the current
widgets don't support word wrap the number itself was not displayed.
So I increased the size of the "NodeManagers" widget and moved the
"NodeManagers" widget on the ClusterOverview to get enough space.
