In charts, we have information like {{application_1491225696174_0092 = 3.43%}}.
This has to redirect to app page. Similarly in {{Cluster Resource Usage by Leaf
Queues}}, we should click queue names also. So that it can be redirected to
queue page.
currently when we resize the page (shrinking width), all panels should be in
one column. Now when we decrease width, its not auto-fluid way.
