Two minor comments:
- The error message "Fail to create an AM" should be "Failed to create an AM"
- There's a lot of Strings like "job.end.ms" or "container.end.ms". Are these
defined somewhere as constants already that we could reference? If not, I
guess we can leave them as-is.
