I updated on top of the last patch in a few changes. You can look at the diff
of two patches to see if making sense.
I added a new method (initGlobalTokensForSubstitute) in AppState
I added a fix in DockerLinuxContainerRuntime for stripping off quotes
Also Fixed the findbugs warning :
- copyLocalFilesToHdfs method is removed as it's not being used at all.
- sliderClient warning is fixed by adding a null check.
