Nice catch, Daryn! Updating the patch with a new version that uses
getRMAppAttempt rather than getAppAttempts.
And yes, I'm sad we're making a copy of the hashset just to compute a size.
However in almost all cases the set will be empty or only a few entries, so it
shouldn't be a big deal in practice.
