Thanks for the report and patch, Jon! Could you elaborate a bit in the JIRA
description? I assume this is tearing the timeline server down when the
exception occurs, hence why we need to guard against the exception propagating
up. Assuming that's the case, is it desirable to call addOtherInfo and
addPrimaryFilter with null or should we just avoid calling those altogether?
