Jason Lowe updated YARN-6842:
-----------------------------
            Priority: Major (was: Blocker)
    Target Version/s: 2.8.2 (was: 2.8.1)

Lowering the priority of this. Marking something a Blocker implies we cannot
release the targeted version without resolving the JIRA, and that's not the
case here. I also moved the target version to 2.8.2 since 2.8.1 has already
been released. Note that 2.8.x is in maintenance mode and intended for bug
fixes at this point, so there's still the question of whether this is
appropriate for a maintenance line or a better fit for 2.9.0.

> When we want to access applications of a queue, only we can do is become the
> administer of the queue at present.
> But sometimes we only want authorize someone view applications of a queue
> but not modify operation.
> In our current mechanism there isn't any way to meet it, so I will implement
> a new access type for queue to solve
> this problem.
