Team, you are right, a 'mvn clean install' is working as expected. Apologies
for the false alarm.
I'll keep looking at the issue at my local setup, I have been generating
'package's for tests in my cluster with commands like 'package
-Pdist,native,docs,src -DskipTests -Dtar' without problems for a while. Regards
