Which version are you using? Are you aware of 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-2928 and 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-5355 ?

I'm closing this issue as Duplicate. Please re-open if you meant something 
other than the above two.
