Thanks [[email protected]] for pointing that out. It seems that
sandbox-mode is a bit different than what is being asked for in this issue. The
sandbox-mode configuration is used to set the mode that is used within the
policy (enforcing, permissive, or disabled - with disabled being the default)
vs disabling the runtime all together.
