{{TestFederationRMFailoverProxyProvider}} failure has been tracked by YARN-6932
and the {{TestAMRMClient}} failure is unrelated. [~haibochen], can you check if
{{TestNMClient}} works for you now ? - given that Jenkins is fine with it.
