Sharing similar view as [~naganarasimha...@apache.org]. Its better to show per 
user specific ACL info if this is needed (in secure cluster). However I am not 
very sure how we can ensure user is an admin in non-secure cluster. So we could 
skip this in non-secure cluster if its fine. Thoughts?
