Thanks for explanation, I just checked
https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-site/ResourceManagerRest.html#Cluster_Scheduler_API,
health-info related ref and whole CapacitySchedulerHealthInfo is not a part of
RMRest API doc. According to
https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-common/Compatibility.html#REST_APIs,
we should be good to modify such fields.
