As we discussed offline, UID for these new API is not adding now. If only the
reason to add UID is for UI purpose, we might required to revisit does UID is
required or not. IIUC, Yarn UI is not using UID. I can confirm with UI folks.
If require, I will check with them what it complexity to change to exposed
API's.
I have updated patch for removing code duplication as per comment.
