Thanks [~subru], actually I just uploaded 004 patch which addresses the
{{ZookeeperFederationStateStore#put}} issue. Also added {{setData}} and
{{delete}} to {{ZKCuratorManager}} tests.
Not sure if the other test failures are related. Will look into it
