I will upload a patch shortly. I have cherry picked each commit from
https://github.com/apache/hadoop/commits/YARN-3368
except for

This commit was for making the new UI work with jetty9 changes on trunk. Since
branch2 uses jetty 6, we do not need this commit.
Everything compiles fine on my laptop. The unit tests in hadoop-ui run
successfully when I invoke "mvn test -Pyarn-ui" .
