Aggree with the fact that {{checkAccess}} is costlier for first call for
{{user}}. IIUC usergroups gets cached after the first call , correct me if i
am wrong.
Also to add completeness for per-user's feature shouldn't we handle in ATS and
{{Jobhistory}} server too ?
