Removed the used method and variable. I don't think we need a constant for
1.0f. {{NEUTRAL}} was useful because it was a shortcut for creating an object,
and the object it was creating wasn't self-evidently equivalent to unweighted
and hence needed a descriptive name. With weight as a float, 1.0f is
self-evidently unweighted. I did add comments to {{getWeight()}} to help make
it clear.
