This modifies dev-support/docker/Dockerfile to include a more recent version of
nodejs, and apidoc for documenting REST API. However, JDK 1.7 seems to have
disappeared from Oracle website. This broke the pre-commit test for patch 005.
Do we need to keep dev-support/docker/Dockerfile and
patchprocess/yetus-0.4.0-lib/precommit/test-patch-docker/Dockerfile in sync?
Nodejs required dependencies are not described in yetus version of Dockerfile.
