Thanks [~elgoiri] for walking [~curino] and myself through the UI in a test
cluster. It mostly looks good, please find our feedback below:
* Update the License text.
* The title of the {{Planner}} page should be Planner.
* We should select a default Plan automatically.
* The *From* should be initialized to current time.
A couple of good to haves:
* Auto refresh instead of manual clicking _Refresh Queue_.
* Perf optimization - show the aggregated Resource skyline and allow click into
Reservations when we have a large number of Reservations.
